Based in Atlanta, Jason Zakocs has served in the role of president and chief executive officer of Zen Goodness Company since launching the business in 2017. His responsibilities in this position involve complete oversight of renovation and new home construction projects throughout the greater Atlanta region. He takes part in every phase of renovation and construction, including design, acquisition, financing, permit processing, and execution. Prior to founding Zen Goodness Company, Jason Zakocs spent 11 years as the leader of zcreation, Inc. He established the service company in 2006 and scaled it up to a real estate operation that successfully acquired, renovated, built, and sold numerous properties.

 

Jason Zakocs holds a bachelor of arts in cultural anthropology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He worked as a staff member in the seminar department at Landmark Education in Los Angeles while working in the field of ontology. His work as a production manager and assisting program manager involved leading many unique Landmark Education programs. Outside of his work in real estate, his personal interests include surfing, reading, writing, music, travel, woodworking and yoga.
